Survey of Contemporary Art — Art 270

Assistant Professor of Art Theory and Practice, Lane Relyea, worked with the MMLC to amass a digital visual resource collection featuring contemporary art works (produced since the 1960's). Together with the cooperation of the Art History Slide Library and Digital Media Services (DMS) of the Northwestern University Library, a production team scanned about 1000 slides and prints and added them to a custom-built database accessible to the students enrolled in the course.
